2. Make sure your size before you placed an order. If it is the right size sent, we unforturnately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
 
3.Worn out shoes cannt accept a refund or exchange,we cannt promise how long you can wear.
 

Cancel order:

Once you placed an order, and want to cancel order, pls notify us within 24 hours by email.Orders cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched.
If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your cancel order.
 

Returns & Exchanges and Refund:

We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage for the shipping.
Shipping costs and handling charges are none refundable(it will be reduced from the amount of 15% from your order amount).

Late or Missing refunds:
